Well, I really appreciate the plants. Thank you. When I used to talk about building community, the words were just words. Your gift, along with others like it, helps me realize how much it means to build these connections. Its great fun. I do hope you stop back sometime so I can thank you in person.
As for lawyers, I must agree with you. I'm dealing with one right now who gives the entire profession a horrifying reputation.

@Frank: I see from my email notifications of your several menacing posts that have since been deleted, that you were quite busy last night. I can repost your words here, for everyone to see since I have them in my in box from Patch. But that would serve only to heighten the conflict and further motivate your destructiveness. I choose not to do that because I think its bad for the community and serves no positive purpose.
You've made your attitudes and motives clear with your words -- those that remain and those that you have withdrawn. Nevertheless, my invitation still stands. If you change your mind and choose fact finding for your own benefit over vitriole, you are more than welcome to visit my Victory Garden, observe 16 hens and decide for yourself what you think about them.
If you abandon your partisan animus and decide to make positive contributions, I am certain you will enjoy a great positive change in your life. That's entirely up to you.

No, silly, Dr. Alan Bess, M.D. moved. After a sheriff's department investigation led to his arrest, followed by his guilty plea. Very sad. And then his neighbor and lawyer, Walter Faust moved away. Far, far away.

All of the issues that concern you, whatever they may be. C'mon Frank, we can do this community building thing together. I do a whole bunch of stuff at my business for charity and you're welcome to come help. Please, stop by in the morning. I guarantee that you will be excited and eager to get involved in your community with me. I've put a lot of food in a lot of hungry mouths and spent a lot of time learning and teaching children of all ages. Its the most fun I've ever had and I'd bet you'll feel the same way. I'd be honored to share it with you. I hope to see you tomorrow.

That would be you, Frank. I'm talking about you. You are spending SO MUCH TIME behind your keyboard but you refuse to come out and participate in the community to address these issues constructively. I wish we could harness your energy and enthusiasm for posting on patch and use it to build a better community. Can you be persuaded to participate?

That's interesting, Frank. You sided with my two neighbors who complained about my wind turbine plans. One of them pled guilty to harassing me and the other moved away in shame. But you sided with them. What does that say about you?
In any case, Frank, why don't we try to make Wayne a better place, together. C'mon, it will be good for you and your family and your friends. The more the merrier. Let's have that cup of coffee, check out some happy hens that lay eggs for charity and do something positive.
Stop by tomorrow if you have some time. You'll be a changed man.
