Karen Goldberg, Neighbor

I live in Wayne, I'm a wife and mother of 2 young girls - Ashley and Sara Goldberg, who both proudly attend Randall Carter Elementary school.  My husband Steve helped me create Nutrition 101 and is my biggest supporter.  I am registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator.  I own Nutrition 101 where I provide private nutrition counseling located at 573 Valley Rd, #4C.  I have extensive experience in areas of weight management, cardiac care, hypertension, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders.  I am certified in adult weight management and childhood and adolescent weight management through the American Dietetic Association.  My vision as an RD and for Nutrition 101 is to help individuals take control of their health. 

I also know that food is an important part of our culture and that we should be able to enjoy eating without the guilt.  My goal is to help people achieve a healthy life without giving up the pleasure of good food. 

As a working mom, I understand that life gets busy and complicated.  It may not be easy to eat healthy all the time.  I get this and I'm here to help you do the best that you can for you and your family.
