I have filed several opras and in one instance some one deep sixed one in the round file entirely, in yet another for a phone recording the conversation had been erased entirly, and in still another only a partial recording was released until the city clerks office demanded Pavlick's dept release the entire conversation.

Whether these are intentional acts or not is not the point at all, what it shows is there is either ineptitude or there is a live wire at work when it comes to records,and in this example the presence of an officer sittng in the BOE adminsitration when there is an active investigation going on drives me to demand that a. pavlick needs to recuse, r 2. resign one job or the other.
The appearance of impropriety is lost on these people.

Fess up to what? The parody names I used were contained in posts that I signed.
The only parody screen names i ever used were "CheapTiernan" and "HeleneFell"
