decided to give this diner a try since it is new, I wasnt impressed at all just another diner, and while looking at the menu I noticed the wraps are named after rappers such as kanye west, eminem tupac,etc..... I thought how tacky, this is just my opinion, the food was same as any other diner, I didnt find the staff to be friendly, they werent rude either however just adding to my comment …   more ›

This Week on Patch: Red-Light Cameras, Hair Cuts for Charity, and the MG Walk-A-Thon

Here is a look at some of the things we're working on this week for Wayne Patch: Cameras were installed at the intersection of Hamburg Turnpike and Black Oak Ridge Road more than a year ago. Burke has been trying for years to get the clean-energy device installed on the property, but the matter remains in the court system. The parties are due to appear in federal court again on April 18. We'll let you know what happens at the meeting on Monday. We'll let you know the particulars of each program. DeVincentis was diagnosed with the rare, chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease as a teenager but lives a very normal life now. The disease affects voluntary muscle movement. Here’s a sample of what we’re working on this week at Wayne Patch: The Board of Education will approve its budget for the 2012-2013 school year at a special public hearing at the municipal complex on Thursday, March 29. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. We will attend the meeting and let you know what happens. The average homeowner’s school taxes could increase $182, a 3.3 percent increase for the average homeowner. The district’s proposed tax levy is approximately $129.8 million. Of that $129.8 million, $117.2 million would fund employee salaries and benefits, a nearly 4 percent increase year to year.  The board will hold a special meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m. at George Washington Middle School to discuss the budget and proposed cuts for…
