Does Your Street Need to be Paved?
Sidewalk replacement program begins soon.
The township's sidewalk replacement program is scheduled to begin on April 18. Damaged or raised sidewalk slabs will be replaced by the township. These slabs will be marked with a pink dot. Other defective slabs are the responsibility of the adjacent property owner. Click here for a complete list of streets where sidewalks will be surveyed or for more information on the program. Also, last week members of the Passaic County Department of Public Works patched potholes on Ratzer Road last week. We here at Patch were wondering: Does the sidewalk on your street, or in front of your home, need to be replaced? Does the street you live on need to be repaved?
