Dews' body was found at the base of a gorge in Pennsylvania last week. Authorities have labeled her death as being 'suspicious.'
A visitation for relatives and friends of Gail Dews will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Nazare Memorial Home in Lyndhurst. Dews body was found at the base of a 92-foot gorge off a Pennsylvania highway Monday, March 11. Authorities have deemed Dews’ death “suspicious.” Pike County coroner Kevin Stroyan previously said Dews died from “multiple blunt force injuries” that appear to have been caused by Dews’ fall to the bottom of the gorge. An obituary on Nazare Memorial Home’s website states that Dews was a clerk for a local dairy distributor. She was born in Passaic and was a Wayne resident for most of her life. Dews (nee Vander Teems), 56, is survived by her husband Stephen; children Jaime, Christopher, and Timothy; grandson …

Procession arrived at noon Sunday for burial ceremony at Fairview Cemetery. Nearly 100 fans shouted 'We love you, Whitney' as hearse turned into the cemetery.
The vigil at Fairview Cemetery began at first light Sunday morning. There were no mourners, just reporters and photographers mingling congenially as they staked out a good spot for their reports back to the network morning shows or a position for the perfect photo of the funeral procession bringing Whitney Houston to the cemetery for her burial. Police officers arrived before daylight, at 6 a.m., to secure every possible corner of the Fairview property, from the Cranford border along Union County College to the south and E. Broad Street to the north. At the western end of the cemetery, Gallows Hill Road was closed to prevent any neighborhood street from messing up any potential route in which the procession of hearses and limos that would …

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" marked its second thoroughly difficult viewing week Sunday. We continue seeing the argument between housewife Jacqueline Laurita and her daughter Ashley Holmes, and once again see Montville Township sisters-in-law Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga exchange jabs at each other during an otherwise pleasant social event. The show picks up where last week’s left off, with Laurita, her husband Chris, her ex-husband Matt and his wife Jodi trying to discuss Holmes’ future with her. Last week, Jacqueline stormed out when Ashley brought up the fact that she was not pregnant at 20, like Jacqueline was with her. While Chris follows Jacqueline, Matt and Jodi tell Ashley that she has to apologize to her mother. She …
