Not very nice people. Heard one guy cursing out his co-worker in front of customers, and I had to wait for a very long time before I was able to speak to anyone about my car. I only gave them 2 stars because the gas station attendant was very nice, but I wouldn't go there to have my car fixed.

Brought my car in for an emergency repair and these guys really tried to take advantage of the situation, plus they were very unprofessional. Young guy covered in tattoos was at the computer when I came into explain my situation- he yawned in my face and spoke like he was doing me a favor by waiting on me. Next guy that came in was more concerned with getting his lunch out of the fridge than to hear what was wrong with my car. Plus their reception area is filthy and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go to the Exxon station across the street- nice guys, pros and got the job done pronto.
Terrible ! The people who work here are the worst. Customer service is awful. Spoke with owner and he kept answering phone, walking away, jerking around with other guys in station. My husband said to try them because I work close by, but I wouldn't let them work on my bicycle ! I went there to have something simple done, have my tires rotated, and I waited almost and hour and a half ! and they were only working on one other car. Three mechanics and 2 of them were talking, smoking and leaning against the building doing nothing. There was another older gentleman there who told me they had his car over a week and were very slow about getting his repairs done. And a woman waiting to pay who said she was standing there 15 mins and no one even came over to help her. I don't know how these guys stay in business. I told my husband I am taking our Honda to the dealer. It may be more expensive, but at least they are professional

Had my car fixed at this facility these guys were very proffesional and very fast. They took my car in right away and had me fixed up and on the road in a few hours. I have been going to this facility for app ten years without any problems . They seem to do it all and seem very up to date on auto repairs. I have read the other reviews and i never experienced any of the complaints . Three complaints on the same day within 20 minutes apart sounds fishey to me maybe the competitor across the street. These guys are great and would recomend to anyone in need of proffesional automotive service.
