How is she still in business? I accompanied a friend the atmosphere wasn't that inviting it took way too long for my friend to be seen not to mention there was no one else in the waiting room. I wanted to leave so bad someone needs a lesson in prompt service sure you might have to wait but you shouldn't have to wait for a long time under no circumstances.

I just don't like her she isn't a genuine dentist she just didn't do it for me I didn't feel comfortable at all. I was so glad when my cleaning was over it felt like absolute torture.
I just a filed a complaint against Dr. Ellis with consumer affairs for billing issues I can't wait for the outcome. I know God will take care of everything owing is one thing paying is another she also doesn't like to give you your dental records which is fine dentists are required to keep your dental records for seven years so it shouldn't be a problem. She messed with the wrong one the joke is on her. As far as the staff she hires who ever professional and patient yeah right my daughter is more professional she is twelve years old lol. Praying for a positive outcome all smiles.....
FYI people she seems very polite but you can't judge a book by it's cover. The staff is a bit sketchy seems like they are a little dingy airheads. I do know if she is false billing she should be reported to the American dental society or consumer affairs that will teach hey a lesson I gotta say I'm shocked bit never let anyone or anything surprise you. I don't want to go to a dentist like that ever. Won't be rescheduling any figure appointments no sir.

The care received obvious wasn't good I won't be going to her no way.
Wow I was going to go to her but after reading the reviews I think I will do some more research first. I will start by reviewing with the bbb first that is never good to have complaints with them. Wow it's funny how people judge people what does possibly owing money have to do with somone's review of Dr. Ellis. Anyways I only went two times and both times the waiting in the waiting area was a bit much long wait other than that she seems to be a pleasant person
Poor service some family member probably posted a positive review had someone referred me or I took the time to do research like she has several better business claims for false billing she sucks point blank period. Don't waste your time there are better dentists get a life she awful.
Dr. Ellis takes the time to explain and review all treatment before, during and after all sessions. The staff is very professional, patient and kind. The office is state of the art. I highly recommend her to anyone. Funny how the last review was so negative. But in my experiences in health care, 95% negative reviews are from people who owe money. Even if I did owe money, I would still speak the truth about the excellent quality and care of service.
