I love bringing my son here. He loves the fish tank in the waiting and watching the cars go through the tunnel. The staff is always friendly, and their service is quick and good quality.
I've gotten my oil changed here a few times as well and their staff is very knowledgeable and much more helpful than any other place I have been.
too bad they don't have any alternative green energy being created there?
Great place I had my oil changed and the weather was crappy so they gave me a raincheck and I came back a couple of days later and they took the raincheck no problems. Nice people. I could have sat there for hours looking at the very cool fish tanks.
A+ to these guys, my car was decorated by my daughters High School friends to congratulate her on her getting her license and the staff @ Royal Car Wash made the car look like new. The cost was 1/2 of what I was expecting to pay.
I've been going here (and complaining about it) for a while...
Washes come out just OK, not great, the self serve bays are always in disarray and the oil change guys always cut corners...But hey, at least the prices are high!..
I complained to the owner recently about the techs neglecting to complete checklist (checking washer fluid, tire pressure, antifreeze, etc) and his response was that because of the hot weather, the guys didn't want to spend time near the engine...Pardon me, but isn't that their job?..
But they do recycle - they reuse my old oil filter and have never changed my air filter...I guess 'going green' doesn't always refer to the environment - it also refers to profit margin...
I will not reurn...
GET YOUR ROYAL CAR WASH & LUBE OIL STAINED LEATHER SEATS!!. Because I questioned the mechanic if he changed the oil filter a year ago?? So the Wise Guy mechanic placed the hot used oily filter in a leaking plastic bag on my leather seat and also stained my business paperwork. The Royal Car Wash Owner doesn’t care about the attitude of how his workers treat the customers and damage vehicles. They are lucky to have good paying customers in this pour economy. I will just take my personal and business vehicles for service to other more appreciative local businesses.
