Have been bringing my car there since 2003 for service without incidence mainly because I've only had oil change and new tires. But recently, I brought my car in for service due to burning oil smell. After paying over $1000, the smell was still there when I brought the car home. Called next day and spoke to service manager, Mr. Gruber, and told him I would like to bring the car back in to have it checked again. He told me to drive the car for at least a week to burn off the excess oil and then he actually told me not to bring it back the next day as I had requested because, he said, "I don't want to waste the time of my mechanics." What about the $1000 I WASTED! After 8 years of being a customer of Paul Miller BMW, I am disappointed in the actions of this serive MANAGER. Poor customer service by this "manager".
