im very unhappy with the experience i had at high mountain health. i found the girls who answer the phone to be nasty and cold and not accomodating. when i left a message for my dr to return my call i was never called. when i called back to find out why the dr didnt return my call i was told there was no message for the dr...when i DID leave all my info with the nasty woman who answered the phone. then i had to again call and keep asking for the dr to return my phone calls. i will not go back there again. i think its a shame that patients are treated this way. it seems more line the doctors are working the staff. WHAT A SHAME. they lost me as a patient...but does that really matter to them?
