Habitat for Humanity ReStore has more than 825 locations across the country and in Canada. It accepts donations of household goods and building materials that are new or in good condition. Then it turns around and sells those items to people at the fraction of the cost at retailers. It always welcomes volunteers who wish to help in its causes, one of them being to keep materials that are reusable and in good condition out of landfills.
