Rose, apparently you haven't dealt with the wrath. What is inappropriate, is the way customers are treated when there is a problem. Yes they have beautiful dresses. Sherri Hill makes some gorgeous dresses. When you run into an alteration issue or ordering issue, then get back to us.

I find some of these reviews inappropriate. I went to the store and everyone was so nice and helpful! They have so many beautiful dresses at a good price. Maybe if you have to say the staff is rude, review your attitude toward them too! If you aren't nice to them they don't have to be all smiles to you, they are people too! Wonderful service and I'll go back there anytime I need a special dress for an occasion!(: I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a dress!

HORRIBLE! I went looking for a prom dress and they asked me to leave because I wouldn't be buying that day. Now I'm never going back. The staff was terrible and ridiculed me in a dress that I truly liked. When they asked me to leave I was offended because I didn't even get to try on the dresses that I wanted. Worst dress experience ever.

Dont get me started! Horrible and shocking customer service. For what those dresses cost, they should be kissing and wiping my as* for me. Never again. Major meds needed for that crew!
