Community Update

I will never go to this car wash again. I got the monthly unlimited plan (wash as many times as you want). I took the car to wash twice in one week and one of the owner 's knocked on my window. He stated that if they feel like I'm taking advantage of my unlimited membership they can cancel it at anytime. He then stated that he need to make money too. That same day after putting my brand new vehicle through the car wash my rims were damaged. I decided to cancel my membership the next day. I advised the person in the office that I was going to cancel the membership. He told me that I had another two weeks of my membership. I explained that my rims were damaged and I would not be using the card. He told me in a nasty manner "well don't use it then, you should have read the agreement". He said I damage my rim somewhere else and it was impossible that the rails damaged my rims. I inspected my rims before going to the car wash and they had no damage. I am sure it happen there. I know that they are not responsible for damage to the vehicle and I was not trying to make them pay for the damage. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional and really don't care about the customer's opinion.
