P.A.L.'s Young Soccer Players will Receive New Training

Instructors from the Wayne Soccer Club will visit the P.A.L. once a week during fall soccer season.

Beginning in the fall, the Wayne Soccer Club (WSC) will send professional trainers to work with young soccer players enrolled in the Wayne Police Athletic League’s soccer program.

Trainers will work with kindergarteners and first- and second-graders once a week.

“They will be taught the skills needed to shape the foundation of their soccer careers,” said Steve Schiffman , the PAL’s director of operations. “Whether they aspire to move to a higher level of play, or are happy to stay in recreation, this training will help them improve their game.”
