Hills Cross-Country Team The Best Ever?

Girls' team dominates at county championship meet.

 The Wayne Hills girls’ cross-country team won the Passaic County Championship recently.

The team has been called by some as the best the county has ever produced.

The team is ranked number four in the state.

The team dominated at the championship meet.

The team won division championship for the third consecutive year. Steph Bitcon won the division race. The team averaged a time of 19:33 for the meet, the ninth fastest average time in the course's history.

Alyssa Loffredo, a junior, finished the championship meet with a personal best of 20:07, NorthJersey.com reported.

The team broke the county cross-country record with 21 points and six runners finished in the top 10.

Six rummers were named first team all-county. 

The head coach is Robert Bell.
