Wayne Hills' Kevin Olsen, a nationally ranked quarterback and state champion, suffered a fractured bone along the bottom of his right foot during the Patriots' 56-7 on Friday night, NorthJersey.com reported.
Olsen, who has verbally committed to attend the University of Miami next year, was expected to help lead the Patriots to a third-straight state group championship.
The last season by defeating Old Tappan 15-12. Olsen down the field and threw the winning touchdown with three minutes to go in the fourth quarter.
Olsen was in the country at the Elite 11 quarterback camp. The results were televisized earlier this year.
