RSVP FOR SQUARE DANCE PARTY

The community is invited to join in a hoop-de-doo at Shomrei Torah’s Square Dance Party on Saturday, September 17 from 8:30 to 11:00 pm.  No experience necessary.  There’ll be teaching, a professional caller, dancing and refreshments.  Potential members and singles welcome – no partner needed.  Wear your finest western duds – cowboy hats, denim skirts, jeans. and boots (just leave the spurs at home). 

It’s free for members and prospective members.  Others from the community-at-large are $10 per person.  Please RSVP by Sept. 12 at 973-696-2500 or office@shomreitorahwcc.org.

Shomrei Torah’ motto is “Celebrating Tradition, Embracing the Future!” and it offers a myriad of religious, educational, outreach and social activities throughout the year.  The weekend of September 16th through the 17th is just one example.  Friday night is a Shabbat dinner, services with a guest speaker, and a dessert reception.  Saturday has a learner’s service and junior congregation followed by a kiddish luncheon.  Square dancing Saturday night and a Bar-B-Q with music, games and crafts for the kids on Sunday.
