Team 'proudly represented the Wayne PAL,' director of operations said.

The Wayne Police Athletic League’s third grade boys’ lacrosse team played in an exhibition game at halftime of a professional lacrosse game on Aug. 4.

Twenty-six boys faced off against the East Meadow Police Athletic League’s team at the New York Lizards’ game.

“[The] boys proudly represented the Wayne PAL, greeted players, and enjoyed a memorable day,” said Steve Schiffman, the PAL’s director of operations and facilities.
