All-American Basketball Game May Features DePaul Player

Standout Jade Walker one of six girls nominated to play in annual all-star game.

Jade Walker has been nominated to participate in the 2013 McDonald's High School All-American Girls Basketball Game.

Walker, a student at DePaul Catholic High School, is one of three nominees from New Jersey who might be selected to play in the game. The annual game showcases the most talented players from across the country. Twenty-four girls will be selected to play in the game.

Walker, a four-star recruit, has committed to play basketball for St. John's University upon graduation from DePaul.

The final rosters for the boys and girls teams will be announced during the McDonald's All American Games Selection Show on Feb. 14 at 5 p.m. on ESPNU. 

The girls game will be played at the United Center in Chicago April 3. It will be broadcast live on ESPNU.
