The Board of Education will host a presentation July 21 outlining the new agreement between the district and the Wayne Education Association (WEA), the union that represents most of the district’s educational professionals.

Officials are still negotiating with the WEA, which represents approximately 1,200 district workers, including teachers.

Interim Superintendent Michael Roth said that the board is expected to approve the agreement at the meeting.
