Cheerleaders Come in First Place for the Third Time This Season
Wayne Hills competition team takes first place in Welcome to the Jungle competition.
The Competitive Cheerleading Team came in first place for the third time this year by winning the Welcome To The Jungle Cheer Challenge at Becton Regional High School in East Rutherford.

“We know each other so well and we all want to do this,” senior Alexa Cohen said. “Other people want to play sports, we want to cheer. There’s nothing else we’d rather do.”

The girls came in last month.
The 14-member team will participate in the Cheerleading Competition next week. Then the girls will head to Florida to compete in a national competition at Universal Studios later on this month.
