The Board of Education’s reorganization meeting scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled due to the winter storm.
Trustees Mitchell Badiner, Alan Mordkoff, and Robert Ceberio will be sworn into new three-year terms. Trustee-elect Kathy Kazan was slated to be sworn into a one-year term but due to problems with processing her fingerprints for her required background check she was not going to be sworn in.
The swearing in of the trustees and the selection of the Board's president and vice president will be conducted at the board's first regular meeting of the year Jan. 9. The meeting will be held at the Wayne Public School District's administrative office at 50 Nellis Drive in the conference room beginning at 7 p.m.
