Girl Scout Collects Snowflakes for Sandy Elementary School

Girl Scout Service Project will help Connecticut students' transition into new school.

Hi everyone, I received this email today and hope that you will help Molly with her Girl Scout Project to collect snowflakes for the children of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. The children of Sand Hook will be moved to a different school and Molly would like to brighten up the school with snowflakes. Please read Molly's email below.

Hi Mrs. Stanfield, I just wanted to ask if you could help me spread the word about something. I'm Molly Besso and I will be collecting snowflakes for the children of the Sandy Hook school in Newtown, Connecticut for a girlscout project. The children will be moving schools and the PTO has asked for snowflakes to decorate the new school. I would like to collect as many snowflakes as possible for the school bcause when the children go back to school the snowflakes will be all over the walls. I wanted to help out so I will be asking for as many people as I can to participate, it doesn't matter the size, shape, or color of the snowflake. Also if you wish you can write your name, what town you are from, words of encouragement or happiness, or nothing at all. All snowflakes with be appreciated and you can bring them to my house at 17 hilltop terrace. Thank you so much and Happy Holidays! NOTE:I will only be collecting until Saturday December 29th because the school is being decorated for after the holiday break! Don't forget!
