What Services Can the Township Share?

Smaller municipalities often enter into share service agreements with other municipalities. 

Libraries often open their doors to residents of other communities. Emergency services, such a ambulance corps, first aid squads, departments of public works, fire departments, and sometimes police departments serve more than one municipality. 

In a by Fairleigh Dickinson University, 71 percent of respondents said that sharing services to save money is a good idea. 

We here at Wayne Patch were thinking: What are some services the township could share with other municipalities to save money and, potentially, decrease taxes?
