Wayne Offering Vascular Disease Screening
Residents must register for the Thursday screening.
The following was submitted to Patch by the Wayne Health Department.
The Wayne Health Department and Chilton Medical Center are pleased to announce a Peripheral Vascular Disease Screening on Thursday, April 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Wayne Health, 475 Valley Road, Wayne.
The fee for this screening is $10. Call the Wayne Health Department at 973-694-1800 x3241 for an appointment.
Appointments are required. Space is very limited.
