This article is part of a series summarizing last Thursday's candidates' forums at Wayne Valley High School.
The 4th, 5th, and 6th Ward and the two At-Large candidates appeared in one forum. The remaining ward candidates appeared at a forum immediately preceding this one.
The first question the candidates were asked was: What are you going to give us for the rising taxes we are paying?
