This article is the first in a series summarizing last Thursday's candidates' forums at Wayne Valley High School.
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ward candidates appeared in one forum. The remaining ward and two At-Large candidates attended a separate forum held immediately after the first.
The first question the candidates were asked was: Do you favor adoption of legislation to prohibit pay-to-play in Wayne?
