Senator John A. Girgenti Civic League

Guest Speaker: John Leon, NJ TRANSIT Director

This will be the last meeting of the Civic League for 2011 and is open to anyone who wishes to attend.

The Senator John A. Girgenti Civic League was
established in 1990.  The League does many
community activities including sponsoring two Little League baseball teams, a Christmas Toy Drive, and donations to various community organizations. Youth mentoring and special needs are a few areas where the Civic League makes a positive impact.  The League holds meetings once a month and are open to everyone.  Members are informed of current local and state events and are provided a forum to discuss their own concerns.  Meetings also feature guest speakers; past speakers include Homeland Security Director McKenna, Sheriff Speziale and Attorney General Paula Dow.
