Wayne Roads 'Slippery,' Police Say

Rain expected after 1 to 2 inches of snow.

Wayne Police Capt. Mark McGrath is advising residents to stay off the roads Wednesday night as a wintry mix has started to impact the area.

"The roads are very slippery now. The snow started sticking immediately," he said.

McGrath said several accidents have already been reported and that "if people can avoid travel, they should."
