Wayne Man Wounded in Paterson Shooting
Victim knew the gunman who shot him in the leg and abdomen on Friday afternoon, police said.
A Wayne man was in stable condition Saturday after being shot in the leg and abdomen by an "acquaintance" in Paterson on Friday.
The 27-year-old victim and the shooter were walking along Grand Street near the corner of Jersey Street at about 1:30 p.m. Friday when the incident happened, according to NorthJersey.com.
It was not immediately clear what prompted the shooting, the article said.
