An early morning water main break in Wayne that closed township roadways was repaired by Monday afternoon, the township released via a social media update.
The Wayne Township NJ Facebook page wrote at about 2 p.m. Monday, "Alps water main repaired and road is now open."
Earlier in the day the town had tweeted that there was a break "at Alps & Thomas. Alps from French Hill to Jacobus was closed, and officials recommended locals avoid the area.
