Several Traffic Lights Remain Off in Township

Residents should remain cautious while traveling on these streets.

Residents should remain cautions when driving on roadways. Debris still litters streets and traffic lights throughout the township remain off.

Traffic lights on the following streets are not working, Police Chief John Reardon said:

  • Hamburg Turnpike at Squad Place, Geoffrey Way, Alps Road, Black Oak Ridge Road, Colfax Road, Duncan Lane, and Jackson Avenue.
  • Berdan Avenue at Valley Road.
  • Black Oak Ridge Road at Route 23, Ratzer Road, Jackson Avenue, and Pompton Plains Crossroads.
  • Lights are also out on Garside Avenue, Totowa Road, Lake Drive West, Newark Pompton Turnpike, and Mountainview Boulevard.

Residents should be extra cautious when traveling on these streets and through these intersections.
