According to an incident report, Officer Ryan Vallaro saw a car parked far behind the CVS.  have been patrolling the area more due to “numerous drug arrests” they have made there recently, police said. The store has also been the target of shoplifters recently, the report states.

Jenkins initally told Vallero that his name was Kevin Williams. When asked for identification, Jenkins gave Vallaro his wallet, which had three credit cards with the name “James Lucas” on them, police said. His Pennsylvania driver’s license had the name “Daniel Gibson” on it, but Jenkins' picture, the report states.

Police found 45 other credit cards with the names “Daniel Gibson” and “James Lucas” on them in the vehicle, the report states. Ferguson was found at a nearby 7-Eleven

Police also found two iPod Touches in their original packaging in the vehicle, but no receipts, the report states.

The photo looks more like the CVS at Hamburg Tpke and Terhune Drive (202) than the Preakness Center store. Which one had the arrests?
