It is a preview piece about something that is happening on Tuesday. It is not meant to be a full story.

So with all the burglary activity of late, which shops have been acting as fencing operations is the question we all would like to know.

I was there yesterday at the jewelry exchange at willowbrook when nbc news 4 was there. Apparently the jewelry exchange had no allegations of deception or ripping off customers. From what I overheard when news 4 reporter brain thompson was interviewing the manager, is that the jewelry exchange in willowbrook is being accused of not having the scales in a certain area of their showcases and not having the gold prices at a certain area. I was being nosey.lol. Nothing was ever mentioned about scamming as well as news 12 NJ was there when I was leaving so being my nosey self I went back in to be nosey and something was said. I go there to buy my gold i was looking for a reason to confront my jewelry but nothing was said about scamming. I overheard the manager say that the law is the law and that they don't have access to these laws because there are fairly new on the books. They appologized to the community and to state and wayne. I respect that guy for being stand up. There is nothing to fear about them. I had to be nosey to find out cause I am not getting scammed.
