Jewelers Accused Of Violating Cash For Gold Laws

Wayne police, prosecutor's office to make announcement on investigation Tuesday morning.

Law enforcement officials will announce Tuesday morning the results of a joint investigation involving cash for gold offerings.

Twelve jewelers are accused of violating cash for gold consumer protection laws.

Eric Kanefsky, acting director of the state Division of Consumer Affairs, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes, and Chief John Reardon will attend the event.
