Couple Releases Video of Realtor's Alleged 'Sexcapades' in their Home

A couple has accused the Wayne realtor hired to sell their home of using it to have sexual trysts and have now released the home security footage they say catches him in the act.

A couple who is accusing a Wayne realtor of using their home as a “love shack” while he was supposed to be selling it has released surveillance video of the realtor’s alleged trysts in their home.

Former Wayne residents Richard and Sandra Weiner have filed a lawsuit against Coldwell Banker and its township realtors Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan claiming that they caught the couple having sex in their home 11 times thanks to video security cameras set up around the home.

Tuesday, the Weiners released the video to Inside Edition, telling the news show that the realtors, “were using our home as a cheap motel.”

The Inside Edition story shows clips of the video in which Lindsay and Phelan can be seen kissing, getting dressed, and making the Weiners’ bed.

Lindsay declined to comment, the report said, but he and Phelan have filed a countersuit claiming that the Weiners tried to extort $1 million from them and threatened to release the video.
