College Student from Wayne Accused of Assaulting Classmate
23-year-old was one of three University of Delaware students who allegedly broke into a classmate's house and assaulted him, report says.
A Wayne man was one of three college students charged with home invasion and assault after allegedly beating up one of their classmates, njherald.com reported.
According to the report, cops say 23-year-old Ayrton Doerr, of Wayne, was one of three University of Delaware students who broke into a classmate’s apartment at about 2 a.m. Saturday. The trio allegedly punched their classmate, kicked him, and hit him with a jar, the report said.
The victim was transported to the hospital and treated for a broken cheekbone and cuts, the report said.

Also charged in this incident were Andrew E. Lee, 21, of McLean, Va., and Jason Zimmell, 21, of Lincroft.
The report does not mention what provoked the alleged assault.
