$3K Worth of Coats Stolen from Bloomingdale's, Police Say

Passaic County Sheriff’s officers assisted with a shoplifting incident at the Willowbrook Mall Saturday, authorities said.

Wayne police requested sheriff’s officers to stop a vehicle believed to be used by four people in connection with the theft of four Burberry jackets from Bloomingdale’s at approximately 6:30 p.m., the sheriff’s office said.

At about 6:45 p.m., sheriff’s officers stopped the vehicle at Broad Street and Allwood Avenue in Clifton, authorities said.

Four individuals were handed over to the Wayne Police Department.
