She was predeceased by her husband Leo T. Smith Jr. and her granddaughter Lori Jean Dombroski.

She is survived by her son Leo T. Smith III and his wife Carrie, daughters Laura Schwall and her husband Gerald Rehoboth, and Linda Dombrowski and her husband William, granddaughter Jennifer Ashley Schwall, and brother Joseph Kasletter.
A funeral service was held at Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, Hawthorne. last week.
