Community Update

I was referred to Mrs Thimble by a friend when I was looking for a reputable dry cleaning service in Wayne and unfortunately they are anything but! They ruined an expensive Rayon blouse, completely shrunk, which means their process either isn't dry or their machines are running too hot...but I gave it another chance...took a pair of pants to them that I got coffee on and not only did they NOT get the stain out, there was now a new black stain them that wasn't there when I dropped them off. They told me this is impossible to happen in their store and refused to do anything!! I guess they never make ANY mistakes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you spend a lot of money on your clothes do not trust this business.
