Non-Profit Collects Coats this Holiday Season

Jersey Cares wants to collect 80,000 coats this winter.

Residents can help out needy New Jersey families this winter by donating to the Jersey Cares annual coat drive.

Jersey Cares is a non-profit that works with other non-profits and schools to run and manage charitable endeavors.

Gently used coats can be dropped off at the following locations until Feb. 7:

Bethany United Methodist Church, 491 Alps Road. Coats will be accepted Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information call 973-694-3880.

Wayne Police Athletic League, 1 Pal Drive. Coats will be accepted Monday through Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. For more information call 973-696-2896.
