Pet adoptathon

Come help Friends of Wayne Animals Inc. (FOWA), an all-volunteer non-profit rescue organization working throughout Northern New Jersey, celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special adoption event on April 30 from12 to 3 p.m. at Rockledge Garden Center/Jake’s Place, 1621 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne.

Kitten season has begun and there will be many kittens and cats on hand, as well as puppies and dogs. There will be a special $25 adoption fee for cats 1 year or older.

Can’t adopt? Consider a donation to help FOWA care for its cats and dogs in need. Checks can be mailed to FOWA, PO Box 3701, Wayne, NJ 07470. Donations of supplies are also greatly appreciated.
