Memorabilia Sale for Food Pantry by Public Image Salon

The shelves at the Wayne pantry have once again gone bare and with the increased demand of those in need due to the dismal economy, volunteers are looking to residents for help.

Public Image Ltd. Salon is offering its salon space in a unique way this spring to help raise funds for the food pantry.

Working in collaboration with Baker Sports Marketing; music and sports memorabilia is on display through out the salon for sale. Authentic signed items by Eli Manning, Victor Cruz, Derek Jeter, A Rod and more are available. For the music lovers a guitar signed by Cher, items signed by Lady Gaga, The Beatles and more; all of these items make wonderful gifts.  The proceeds from the sale of these items will be used to purchase food cards for the Wayne food pantry.

The pantry is operated solely by the Wayne Interfaith Network (WIN), a non-profit charity based organization made up of volunteers from various inter-denominations and groups throughout the township. The pantry only serves Wayne Township.
