HELP SAVE A LIFE – JOIN THE BLOOD DRIVE AT

The Men's Club of Shomrei Torah, the Wayne
Conservative Congregation, will run its next semi-annual Blood Drive on Tuesday June 19, from 3:30 to 9:00 PM, at Shomrei Torah, 30 Hinchman Avenue,
Wayne, New Jersey.  Co-Chairmen of the Drive, which is being coordinated through New Jersey Blood Services, are Steven Cooper and Michael Greenblatt.  Every donation is important and all are encouraged to participate.

Donors should be between 17 and 75 years old, in good health, and weigh over 110 pounds and should not have donated blood within the previous 8 weeks. All blood types are needed.  All those who donate will receive a
mini-physical as part of the screening and a snack
afterwards.  The giving of blood is a quick painless procedure that is truly a good deed.  The blood that is collected is put to many valuable uses, including medical emergencies, treatment of chronic illness, and
assistance to those undergoing certain surgeries.  Each pint of blood donated can result in benefiting up to three different recipients.

Shomrei Torah is an egalitarian Conservative congregation that serves and has members in the communities of Wayne, Pompton Plains, Pompton Lakes, Pequannock,
Lincoln Park, Towaco, Riverdale, Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes, Oakland, Butler, Kinnelon, Totowa, Woodland Hills, and surrounding areas.  For additional information about the
Congregation or the Blood Drive, contact the synagogue office at 973-696-2500 or office@ShomreiTorahWCC.org
or view the synagogue's website at www.ShomreiTorahWCC.org.
