Smart Driver Class

Even the most experienced drivers can benefit from brushing up on their driving skills. By taking a driver safety course you'll learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today's increasingly challenging driving environment.

After completing the course, you will have a greater appreciation of driving challenges and a better understanding of how to avoid potential collisions and injuring yourself or others.

You are eligible to receive an insurance discount upon completing the course, minimum of 5% on portions of your insurance, so consult your insurance agent for details. You may be eligible to reduce NJ MVC points, check with NJ MVC.

No tests, no behind the wheel.

The classroom course costs only $15 for AARP members and $20 for nonmembers. All checks made out to AARP. You need NOT be an AARP member. Class open to all NJ licensed drivers.
