Onstage Cafe at Shea: Amy Helm - Daughter of Levon

Singer/songwriter Amy Helm wields a powerful voice that can both stir and soothe, whether she is singing traditional gospel, blues standards or her own heartfelt compositions.  Equally talented as a musician, Amy has absorbed the lessons from her father Levon and from any other accomplished artists of who she has shared stages, including Mavis Staples, Emmylou Harris and Joan Osborne.
