Winter pet adoption event

Looking for someone to cuddle up with this winter? Adopt a four-legged friend that is sure to warm your heart! Friends of Wayne Animals Inc. (FOWA), an all-volunteer non-profit rescue organization working throughout Northern New Jersey, is hosting a special winter adoption event for cats and dogs currently in foster care.

Come meet and greet adorable cats and dogs available for adoption on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Patsy’s Pet Stop, 142 Furler St., Totowa from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Refreshments will be available at this free event.

FOWA works out of their homes in the North Jersey area. Anyone over 18 who would like to volunteer their time, become a foster parent, or to adopt a pet, visit www.fowa.petfinder.com or call 973-902-7515.
