Before donating eat well and drink plenty of water.
- Donors must be in good health and weigh over 110 lbs.
- If a recent donor please wait 60 days before donating again.
- Those under 16 yrs. need a parent permission slip.
- Those 75+ yrs. need a permission note from their doctor.
