Will Your Sidewalk Be Repaired This Year?

The township's annual sidewalk replacement program is scheduled to begin Monday, May 14.

Sidewalk slabs damaged or raised by township shade trees and temporary asphalt sidewalks damaged by storms last year will be replaced.

Slabs that will be replaced will be marked with a pink dot. Other defective or damaged slabs are the responsibility of the adjacent property owners.

The program will be completed in two phases.

The following streets will be worked on in the first phase:

Kevin Place

Mansard Court

Packanack Lake Road

Pelham Road

Ratzer Road: Route 23 to Alps

Ratzer Road from Pike to Garside

Tammy Terrace

Timothy Road

Whipple Road

The following streets will be paved in the project’s second phase:

Barbara Way

Burnside Place

Camillo Drive

Carol Place

Everett Place

Greenrale Avenue

Harwood Place

Repair work at the following streets will be limited to storm-damaged sidewalks:

The contractor may inadvertently damage private property, including lawn sprinklers. The contractor is responsible to repair such property within five days of it being reported.
