What Do You Think of New Book on Local Flooding?
North Jersey Media Group plans to release a coffee table book on July 1 full of photos of flooding throughout North Jersey
"Rising Water: The Floods of North Jersey 2010-11" is due to be released by The Record on July 1, 2011. A description of the book said, "it is a 128-page pictoral retrospective of the dramatic impact flood waters have had on towns across North Jersey during the past two years."
It also includes photos from "notable" floods of the past 50 years.
The Northern New Jersey chapter of the American Red Cross will receive a portion of the proceeds from the book.
